Me at a Glance:

I’m currently a second-year PhD student in Dr. Alison Gould's Lab in the Biology Department at Temple University. My research explores the formation and maintenance of mutualistic symbioses, using the unique relationship between a sea urchin cardinal fish and bioluminescent bacteria as a model system. I’m particularly interested in understanding these interactions from the microbial perspective especially in how these microbial communities assemble within the host.
